Video, text, PDF, quizzes, assignments, downloads — rebuilt on the destination in parallel while your old store stays live and selling.
Students, coupons, checkout
Student import with enrollment mapping; pricing and coupons recreated; checkout verified with a real test purchase before cutover.
Written parity report
Every inventoried item matched against the destination before cutover — 100% matched, or the gap is named in writing. If we miss an inventoried item and can't fix it in the 14-day window, that course's share of the fee is refunded.
Announcement kit + fixes
A 3-touch student email sequence (heads-up → new-home → laggard reminder) and 14 days of post-cutover fixes are included in every Move.
Honest limits
Printed here, not buried — the same limits the Audit states before you pay for a Move.
Subscriptions can't always move tokens
Active recurring subscriptions cannot always transfer payment tokens between processors. Where they can't, we run the standard re-subscribe flow with the announcement kit — and say so in the Audit first.
Progress transfers only where exposed
Student lesson-completion state transfers only where both platforms expose it. The Audit states, per course, what will and won't carry.
