Your platform raised its prices. Leaving shouldn't cost you your courses.
CoursePort moves your entire course business — lessons, students, coupons, automations — to the platform that fits your math now. Fixed price. Seven days. Every lesson accounted for in a written parity report. Your old store stays live the whole time.
Staying got more expensive. Leaving is manual.
Kajabi, Thinkific, and Teachable all raised prices or fees in 2026 — and none of them will help you leave. The platforms offer no real exit help: manual downloads, lesson-by-lesson rebuilds, weeks of evenings.
The renewal trap
Kajabi restructured in January 2026 (Growth $159 → $199/mo, Pro $319 → $399/mo). Thinkific raised prices ~10% in August 2026. Teachable's Starter is $39/mo plus a 7.5% transaction fee. Staying costs more every renewal.
The justified fear
Student progress and active subscriptions are exactly the things a sloppy move breaks. That's why every CoursePort move ends in a written parity report — every source lesson matched against the destination, gaps named, nothing waved through.
Platform-agnostic, on purpose
Destination platforms' "free migration" only moves you into their own platform. We take no referral commissions from destinations — we move you wherever the fee math says to go, including there, if it wins.
Your store never goes down
We rebuild on the destination in parallel. Students are imported, prices and coupons recreated, checkout tested with a real test purchase — and only then do we flip the domain.
Fixed prices, published
Audit $149 (credited toward any Move). Move $499. Move + Rebuild $999. Professional migration help elsewhere starts at $750–$1,500 with custom quotes above that.

More of what CoursePort does
Features
A productized migration: fixed price, fixed scope, written proof.
Full source inventory
Before anything moves, we inventory everything you have — courses, lessons, assets, students, coupons, automations — and hand you the CSV. Yours to keep, platform-independent from now on.
The honest fee math
The Audit runs what staying costs vs. each realistic destination over 12 months. If the math shows staying is genuinely cheaper for you, we tell you — and the Audit is the whole engagement, no Move pitch.
How it works
Lesson-by-lesson rebuild
Video, text, PDF, quizzes, assignments, downloads — rebuilt on the destination in parallel while your old store stays live and selling.
Students, coupons, checkout
Student import with enrollment mapping; pricing and coupons recreated; checkout verified with a real test purchase before cutover.
Written parity report
Every inventoried item matched against the destination before cutover — 100% matched, or the gap is named in writing. If we miss an inventoried item and can't fix it in the 14-day window, that course's share of the fee is refunded.
What you get
Announcement kit + fixes
A 3-touch student email sequence (heads-up → new-home → laggard reminder) and 14 days of post-cutover fixes are included in every Move.
Honest limits
Printed here, not buried — the same limits the Audit states before you pay for a Move.
Subscriptions can't always move tokens
Active recurring subscriptions cannot always transfer payment tokens between processors. Where they can't, we run the standard re-subscribe flow with the announcement kit — and say so in the Audit first.
The details
Progress transfers only where exposed
Student lesson-completion state transfers only where both platforms expose it. The Audit states, per course, what will and won't carry.
Quickstart
About 30 minutes of your time, total. We do the weeks of rebuild work.
Order the Audit
Check out securely with Stripe, then claim your client workspace on the claim page (your checkout session unlocks it, once) and complete the intake in the portal: current platform + plan, destination platform (or "Audit decides"), and your course inventory — one record per lesson/asset — including student counts and whether you have active subscriptions.
Going further
Grant access — no passwords
You add us as a team/admin user where the platform supports it. Credentials are never stored after the engagement, and you revoke access at cutover.
Get the inventory + fee math
Audit delivered in 3 business days: the full inventory CSV, 12-month cost of staying vs. up to 3 destinations, and a written move plan that names what won't transfer — before you pay for a Move.
We move in parallel
Move target 7 days, Move + Rebuild 10 days, from completed access + inventory. Your old store stays live the whole time; checkout on the destination is tested with a real test purchase.
In depth
Approve parity, then cut over
You approve the written parity report first. Only then do we hand you the student-announcement kit and flip the domain. 14 days of post-cutover fixes are included.
About CoursePort
Every major course platform raised the cost of staying in 2026, and none of them will help you leave. Creators who want out face manual, lesson-by-lesson rebuilds measured in weeks — or professional migration help starting at $750–$1,500 with custom quotes, or unvetted freelancers with no parity guarantee. CoursePort is the productized middle: a fixed-price, platform-agnostic migration at $499–$999 with a written parity report, so nothing silently goes missing. We're in pre-launch. The service runs on a tested delivery toolkit: a full source-inventory data spec, lesson-by-lesson rebuild process, and parity verification before any cutover. We
What we won't do
We won't steer you to a platform that pays us, we won't promise that subscription payment tokens or lesson progress will transfer where the platforms don't expose them, and we won't cut over before you've approved the parity report.
