Terms of Service

The service
CoursePort provides course-platform migration services — inventory audits, rebuilds, student imports, parity verification, and cutover support — as described on this site. CoursePort is not affiliated with any course platform and provides no platform hosting or software.
Billing
- Audit, Move, and Move + Rebuild are one-time charges via Stripe. The Audit fee is credited in full toward a Move booked within 30 days.
- Care is billed monthly in advance via Stripe; cancel anytime and it stops at the end of the billing period.
- Move timelines (7-day / 10-day targets) run from the day access and inventory are complete, and pause while we wait on you.
Acceptable use
- You must own or be authorized to migrate the content and student data you ask us to move.
- Don't use the service to break the law, spam people, or attack other systems.
- We may decline or suspend engagements that abuse the service.
No guaranteed outcomes
Our guarantee is specific: if the parity report shows we missed an inventoried item and we can't fix it within the 14-day window, that course's share of the Move fee is refunded. Platform limitations (subscription token transfer, progress export) are documented in the Audit and are not guaranteed. Student retention after a move depends on your audience and communication, not only the migration.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We'll post material changes here and email active customers before they take effect.
